It is a lovely cottage tucked away but town of Beccles right on doorstep. It is the second time we have stayed here. Owner really helpful it has all you need like home from home. Bunch of flowers and wine on arrival. Hope to go again.

The Town Cottage was truly gorgeous. The property was very newly built and everything was new and lovely. It was very spacious, modern and had all facilities you would expect and more. WI FI was a real bonus. The location was superb, right in the centre of Beccles a lovely market town with close proximity to Southwold, Lowestoft, Norwich and Great Yarmouth. The owner was extremely helpful during our stay and we would definitely recommend this cottage and hope to return ourselves next year.
